Shipping Suspension

Canada Post services remain unavailable due to the ongoing strike, although discussions between the parties have recently resumed. This disruption continues to affect our ability to ship orders.

Alternative Options

While we work to navigate these challenges, we are offering the following options to our customers:

• Account Credits: You may opt to receive a credit to your account for use on future purchases.
• Shipping Once Canada Post Resumes: If you prefer, we can keep your order in the queue and ship it via Canada Post as soon as services are restored.
• Singapore Shipments: Medications shipped from our Singapore pharmacy are still available and unaffected by these disruptions. If this option interests you, please contact our team for details.
• UK Shipments: We are currently working with our team to expand inventory from the UK as another potential alternative.
• Refunds: If none of the above options work for you, we can issue a refund back to your original payment method.
