1 Pen Per Order Limit

We are experiencing a shortage of Ozempic pens. To be able to serve all our customers and to make sure all our customers do not miss their dose we are limiting purchases to 1 pen per order for 4mg pens.

Shipment Closure Notice

This medication requires to be shipped cold. The cold shipments are closed for the holidays between December 19th, 2022 and January 3rd, 2023. You can place the order however your card will not be charged until the item is ready to be shipped.

Ozempic 2mg Shipping Delay

Unfortunately, our supply has slowed down with the Ozempic 2mg/1.5ml pen (weekly doses of .25mg and/or .50mg). While we are still receiving shipments of these Ozempic pens, they are not at the same supply levels as before. There will be a slight delay in shipments as it could take up to 2 weeks for the orders to be shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience.

New Customers Currently Not Accepted

Due to potential shortages of Ozempic in Canada, we are following the recommendations from the Canadian Ministry of Health, and will not be able to take any new customers for the time being. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We can still process refills for existing customers.

Important Information - Mounjaro

Unique Vial Form: This medication comes in vial form. Each vial is a single dose.

1 vial = 1 dose. A month's supply includes 4 vials.

Variety of Strengths: Available in 6 different strengths to meet diverse healthcare needs.

Each vial is packaged in a Ziploc bag with 2 alcohol swabs and a syringe for injection.

Customers in DE, TN, FL, or the Virgin Islands need a prescription for the syringe.

Holiday Shipment Notice

Cold Medication Shipments
Please be aware that cold-chain shipments, including products like Ozempic, Mounjaro, and Insulin, will not be available for delivery from December 20th through January 1st.

Dry Medication Shipments
For dry medication shipments, including pills and tablets, there will be a brief interruption in service from December 23rd through December 28th. During this period, we will not be able to process or ship these items.

We kindly request that you plan your medication needs accordingly to ensure you have an adequate supply during this short shipping pause.

PLEASE NOTE:

Your product will be in Croatian and NOT English. It is the exact same Ozempic formula. If you require instructions on usage, please let us know and we will have one of our pharmacists contact you.
Your product will arrive WARM due to the long journey from Singapore.
In accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines, you will have up to 56 days to use your medication. Please use it right away.
There will be no refunds based on your medication’s temperature.

Postal Service Strike

As of midnight today, Canada Post has initiated a strike. Unfortunately, this means that we are currently unable to ship any orders until the strike is resolved.

We deeply apologize for this situation, which is beyond our control. We understand how important timely access to your orders is, and we share in your frustration over this unexpected disruption.

We remain hopeful that both sides will find a resolution soon. This strike impacts millions of people, and its timing during the holiday season makes the situation even more pressing for everyone involved.

With Black Friday and other seasonal demands on the horizon, we’re optimistic that the urgency will help facilitate a resolution over the weekend.

In the meantime, our team is on standby and working closely with our Canada Post representatives to ensure that we can resume shipping as quickly and efficiently as possible once the strike ends.
