Insulin Outlet does not hold responsibility for any delays in delivering orders to their destinations. After an order has been shipped, full responsibility is transferred to the customer.

A signature is required for insulin orders. Occasionally, medicines will need to be picked up at the local post office if a signature is not available at the time of delivery. Returned unclaimed medicines are at the customer’s expense and there is no refund if they are sent back to the sender.

For oral medications and diabetic supplies, we will charge a flat shipping rate of $14.99 USD.

A copy of your passport may be required to process your order. Our team will contact you if this is necessary.

All insulin orders will ship between Monday and Thursday to maintain better control over shipments.
From Canada, Insulin can travel to the US in as few as four business days and as long as ten business days (during busy periods).
Random inspections will cause a delay in delivery if US Customs choose to inspect your package. During the holiday season, we recommend placing refill orders in advance to avoid any seasonal delays.

☀️ Summer Shipping Updates

As we enter the warmer summer months, we are making minor adjustments to our shipping protocols to ensure you receive your medications in the best possible condition.

Due to higher seasonal temperatures during transit, we are implementing the following changes:

  • Adjusted Supply Limits: We will be limiting Cold Chain Medications to 30-day supplies (with the exception of Ozempic, which is available in up to 60-day supplies).
  • Upgraded Packaging: For further security, we are transitioning from our standard medium-sized cold chain boxes to large-sized boxes for all cold chain medications.

Why are we doing this?

While these medications are generally stable at room temperature for 15 to 30 days, shorter shipping cycles and increased insulation mitigate heat exposure. These proactive steps significantly reduce the need for reshipments and guarantee your medication arrives safely.
