Why Are Shipments Paused? Canada Post is currently rolling out a new system for collecting duties and brokerage fees at the border. Unfortunately, shipments sent under the old system risk being returned, so we've temporarily paused Canada Post shipments (including dry meds) until the new system is stable.
What About the $40 Fee?
As part of this change, Canada Post has confirmed a $40 USD international processing fee per shipment.
- If these tariffs or fees are later removed, we will automatically reimburse this amount.
- We will always communicate any changes as soon as we have confirmed updates from our shipping partners.
