As a Registered Dietitian, Jordana is passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles and behavior changes. As a clinical dietetics consultant, she provides services to a wide range of companies and facilities. In order to share meaningful content with her clients, Jordana loves finding the most recent research in nutrition. Besides blog writing, she also conducts nutrition analyses of menus, plans facility menus, consults on menu planning, and creates nutritional education materials. Since 2018, Jordana has been a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Since 2017, she has also earned certifications in Personal Training and Health Coaching.
